	STEP 1) REGISTRATION CODE If you received an email invitation, please enter the REGISTRATION CODE that appears near the bottom of the message.  If you did not receive an email with a REGISTRATION CODE, please leave this field blank.   ENTER REGISTRATION CODE:   (what's this?)
